About Our Story at Driftwood Counselling
In my practice, I focus on treating people with respect and meeting them where they are at using a flexible, multi-faceted approach. I work with people of all ages via telehealth and in-person individual sessions.
I work with people who have obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and obsessive-compulsive related conditions, people with Tourette syndrome, and those with body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs) such as skin picking and hair pulling.
I am a CTSA-Certified Clinician in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. A graduate of TLC’s Virtual Professional Training Institute and use Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment with those with BFRBs.
I have completed training in sand tray therapy which is a combination of play therapy and art therapy. Additionally, I have completed training in DBT, CBT, and ACT.
I am a professional member of the International OCD Foundation and Ontario Associate of Social Workers. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers.
